Bonfire
for the Constitution -- by Executive Order -- According to the
"War and Emergency Powers Act" the United States has legally been
under a state of national emergency since its enactment in 1933. It has
never been repealed, thus leaving the president with instant powers to
suspend the constitution.
Most legal scholars and legislators who have
studied the matter concur that the "War and Emergency Powers Act"
has, in reality, already suspended the Constitution since the moment
the act was signed into law by President Roosevelt. The actual suspension of
those constitutional rights awaits only the impetus of a national emergency
requiring it.
Because this nation is under a continual state of
emergency, and the Constitution granting somewhat elastic powers of
emergency in "cases of rebellion or invasion", the president can
circumvent such fundamental protections as the Posse Comatatus Act
which forbids the use of the military against U.S. citizens.

of the Damned -- In Book of the Damned [1919], Charles Fort
challenges dogmatic science by cataloguing examples of phenomena which are
unexplainable in scientific terms. Fort (1874-1923) asserts that scientists
often argue according to their own beliefs rather than the rules of evidence
and ignore, discredit, or suppress facts that conflict with their preferred
theories. A popular quote by Fort: "I believe we are fished
for..."

Brain
Death and Neo-Cannibalism -- Apparently a lot of doctors are either
being careless, or just don't know how to tell when a brain is really dead,
as despite what so-called professionals are telling us, there ARE documented
cases of people who have fully recovered after being declared brain dead.
Could it have something to do with the fact that the sale of human body
parts was "predicted to hit $1 billion" by 2003.
What's even more disturbing is there are some big
names in the medical profession (Nobel prize winning doctors) with macabre
ideas floating around in their own brains; such as, it might be a good idea
for us to start eating human corpses, as they "do indeed have much
'protein' to offer us."

and Human Skeleton on the Moon -- Dr. Kang Mao-pang stunned the
world when he released pictures of bare human footprints on the moon at a
news conference in Beijing. The photograph of the human skeleton was
included in a second batch of photos and documents he received from the same
source.

of the Organ Snatchers -- Brain death is a lie, he [Dr. Byrne] argues. One shouldn't use the word dying because one is either alive or one is dead. And there have been documented cases of people, he points out, who have fully recovered after being declared brain dead.

and the totalitarian strain in Judaism.
